Attending an Event
If you're attending an event with Call Emmy childcare, this page is for you. Register your children in advance so check-in is smooth, safe, and stress-free.
What You'll Need
- Parent or guardian name, email, and phone number
- Event name and the dates your children will attend
- Each child's name, age, allergies, medical conditions, medications, dietary restrictions, and bedtime routines
- An emergency contact (name, phone, and relationship)
Required Consents
- HIPAA acknowledgment for sharing your child's health information with vetted Call Emmy caregivers
- Medical transport consent authorizing emergency care if needed
- Liability waiver required to register
- Photo consent (optional)
Pricing
Pricing is set by each event. Some events use tiered pricing (a first-child rate plus an additional-child rate per date), and others use a flat per-child rate. You'll see the breakdown for your selected dates and number of children before you confirm.
