Attending an Event

If you're attending an event with Call Emmy childcare, this page is for you. Register your children in advance so check-in is smooth, safe, and stress-free.

What You'll Need

• Parent or guardian name, email, and phone number
• Event name and the dates your children will attend
• Each child's name, age, allergies, medical conditions, medications, dietary restrictions, and bedtime routines
• An emergency contact (name, phone, and relationship)

Required Consents

• HIPAA acknowledgment for sharing your child's health information with vetted Call Emmy caregivers
• Medical transport consent authorizing emergency care if needed
• Liability waiver required to register
• Photo consent (optional)

Pricing

Pricing is set by each event. Some events use tiered pricing (a first-child rate plus an additional-child rate per date), and others use a flat per-child rate. You'll see the breakdown for your selected dates and number of children before you confirm.
